As we continue to grow, we’re looking for energetic, dependable, and food-loving individuals to join our Back of House (BOH) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping vegetables, portioning, making sauces, etc.)
• Cook and plate menu items according to company recipes and presentation standards
• Manage time effectively during busy service periods
• Monitor and restock station inventory using prep sheets and checklists
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (washing dishes, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, etc.)
• Communicate with both BOH and Front-of-House (FOH) teams to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, or Prep Cook preferred
• Strong general culinary skills (grilling, sautéing, frying, chopping, slicing, etc.)
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality and portioning
• Effective communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in both warm and cool environments and around common food allergens (peanuts, soy, gluten, etc.)
