As we continue to grow, we’re looking for energetic, dependable, and food-loving individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams.

Key Responsibilities: Front of House (Guest Service & Hospitality)

• Welcome every guest warmly with eye contact and a smile
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system promptly
• Collect payment and handle transactions responsibly
• Deliver food and beverages to guests, confirming order numbers and items
• Make shakes and beverages to guest specifications
• Educate guests about our plant-based menu, specials, and promotions
• Address guest concerns respectfully and with urgency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area
• Support new product rollouts and in-store promotions

Back of House (Kitchen & Food Prep)

• Prepare fresh ingredients (chopping, portioning, making sauces, etc.)
• Cook and plate food items according to company recipes and standards
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation during service
• Restock and organize prep and cook stations using checklists and prep sheets
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, tools, and equipment daily
• Support efficiency during peak service hours
• Communicate with FOH team to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service roles preferred (Front or Back of House)
• Basic culinary or guest service skills and the ability to follow recipes or procedures accurately
• Team-oriented, dependable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in both warm and cool environments and around common allergens (soy, nuts, gluten, etc.)
