Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards, utilizing culinary experience where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and ensuring a tidy work environment.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, with a strong understanding of POS systems, cash handling, and food safety protocols
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in food preparation and handling, with knowledge of Aloha POS and Micros POS systems being a plus
- Strong time management skills and the ability to upsell products to enhance the customer experience
- Familiarity with basic math for cash handling and retail calculations
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and kitchen experience for maintaining a clean and safe work environment
