Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Contract Maintenance Worker to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across our properties
-Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, changing light bulbs, replacing locks, repairing drywall, and cleaning gutters.
-Execute general carpentry work and troubleshoot basic issues effectively.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this Maintenance Technician position in Franklin, MA,area should have experience with facilities/property management or a similar field. A basic understanding of routine maintenance processes is preferred for this role. Proficiency in utilizing maintenance tools is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. A reliable vehicle and cell phone are essential for this position. Must be willing and able to climb ladders.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
