Property Maintenance / Gutter Cleaning Technician

NextCall Property Services is a growing property maintenance company serving condominium communities and HOA properties throughout southeastern Massachusetts.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to assist with fall gutter cleaning and general exterior property maintenance, with the potential for additional ongoing work for the right person.
Immediate Work
- Residential and condominium gutter cleaning
- Working safely from extension ladders
- Removing leaves and debris from gutters and downspouts
- Ground cleanup after gutter cleaning
- Assisting with setup, ladder movement, and equipment
Additional Work May Include
- Exterior property maintenance
- Minor repairs
- Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
- Fence, trim, and siding maintenance
- Seasonal property projects
- General maintenance assistance
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable and experienced working from ladders
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to perform physical outdoor work
- Takes safety seriously
- Able to work well as part of a small crew
- Basic property-maintenance or construction experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Schedule
Work is project-based and weather-dependent. Hours will vary depending on workload. There is potential for additional work as NextCall Property Services continues to grow.
Compensation
$25–$30/hour, depending on experience and capabilities.
