What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Patriot Services?
Hiring for our new maintenance department team! We are looking for someone to join our growing department job includes but not limited to:
Carpentry work:
· Painting
. Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
. Cut, shape and other material (wood pvc decking) according to measurements
· Framing and trim doors, windows
· Installing screen doors
Landscaping:
· Mowing / edging
· Lawn care / fertilizing / weeding / mulching
· Planting shrubs and flowers
Qualifications:
· Reliable transportation
· Good work ethic
· Valid driver’s license
· Able to handle tools and equipment

Hourly: $25-$30 depending on experience with room to grow!
