What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Administrator position at NexRev?
The sales administrator position will be responsible for the successful execution of a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to sales projects. This position performs assignments with moderate direction and requires initiative to take on new tasks and challenges, leading to the growth of the department and the personal development of the individual.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Purchase Order review.
· Creation of sales orders and projects in NetSuite – From quotes, individual part orders, rollouts, and
other sales orders.
· Turnover of necessary documents from sales to operations through NetSuite processes.
· Review and editing of project contracts per NexRev guidelines.
· Setup of customer and customer locations in NetSuite.
· Interact with customer portals to upload proposals, download purchase orders, etc.
· Organize and archive project documents and forms, including proposals, contracts, etc.
· Maintain an understanding of pricing and other terms related to customer program and project
documents.
· Administer COI renewals.
· Notary duties.
· Conduct ongoing reviews of processes and procedures to identify improvements.
· Timely reporting of key defined metrics.
Experience:
· Two or more years of experience in a related field preferred.
· Experience with Oracle NetSuite, or a similar ERP preferred.
· Experience with reviewing contracts, or similar documentation preferred.
Skills:
· Ability to present and communicate effectively with customers and staff required.
· Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) required.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
