Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role in Richardson TX for a Sales and Office Administrator. This person will report to the SVP of Sales and will be responsible for general office management and as needed reception responsibilities. The office is newly opened and will house 20 employees initially growing to 50 by the end of the year.
Qualifications
- Sales Force experience
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Comfort with Travel booking, expense reports, managing someone's calendar
- 1-3 years of administration experience
- Understanding of forecasting, pipeline, and booking consepts
- Comfort with hosting clients in an office setting
