We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager / Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP Manufacturing solutions, enterprise integrations, and large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, along with proven experience managing SAP upgrade and integration initiatives involving third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP programs and transformation initiatives across Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
- Act as the Solution Architect for SAP Manufacturing landscape, ensuring scalable and integrated enterprise solutions.
- Manage SAP integration projects involving MES, PLM, WMS, CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.
- Drive SAP upgrade and modernization initiatives, including system enhancements and platform migrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership teams to define roadmap and delivery strategy.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, governance, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP and external/third-party systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, and integration platforms.
- Lead workshops, solution discussions, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and enterprise standards.
- Manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously in a global delivery environment.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in SAP Project/Program Management and Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in SAP Manufacturing modules and processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP integrations and third-party system connectivity.
- Experience in SAP upgrade, migration, and transformation programs.
- Proven ability to manage large enterprise programs with distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills (10/10 communication skills required).
- Strong understanding of integration technologies, middleware, APIs, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models
