In this role, you will support daily front office operations by managing incoming calls, assisting candidates, and providing essential administrative support—allowing the recruiting team to stay focused on their recruiting efforts. Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume incoming calls for multiple offices and route candidates appropriately

• Assist candidates over the phone and in person with general inquiries

• Manage candidate flow within the office to ensure an organized and efficient process

• Support onboarding tasks and assist with required documentation

• Ensure candidates are fully registered before being sent to recruiters

• Update candidate status in internal systems and maintain accurate records

• Provide excellent customer service to all candidates and visitors

• Support payroll processes including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

• Basic administrative and computer skills

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

• Professional and friendly demeanor

Pay

$17.00–$19.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
