Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving | Logan, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring a Warehouse Associate with a growing and reputable company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. You’ll play a key role in shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and order fulfillment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials within the warehouse or production area
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or packing slips
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling, tracking, and documentation
• Transport materials to designated areas to support production and shipping needs
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
• Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, or shipping software)
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, labels, and shipping documents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching

Pay
 $16.00–$18.00 per hour

Schedule
Full Time | Days | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Full Time | Graves | 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
 Must be flexible with schedule and overtime
