Truss Assembly Technician | St. George, UT
Nexeo Staffing is looking for a Truss Assembly Technician for a building materials manufacturing company in St. George, UT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who are looking to grow into a long-term career.

Responsibilities
- Assemble wooden roof trusses on an automated production line
- Read blueprints and take measurements to meet specific dimensions
- Use hand tools to construct trusses in a team-based environment
- Load and unload materials from trucks
- Accurately pick, prepare, and stage orders for delivery or pickup
- Complete required paperwork for incoming and outgoing materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability (consistent attendance is critical)
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to follow processes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and basic math/measurement skills
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Forklift experience is a plus (training and certification provided)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Work Environment
- Indoor production facility (not fully exposed to sun)
- Enclosed and more climate-controlled than typical outdoor construction work
- Physically active role requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and repetitive movement
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (Overtime may be available)
