Granite & Marble Installation Team Lead | St. George, UT

Responsibilities
• Lead and support a crew on residential and commercial installation projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members on-site
• Train and guide team members to maintain strong workmanship
• Safely handle and install granite, marble, and other stone materials
• Read and follow plans, templates, and measurements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Assist in solving on-site challenges to keep projects moving
Qualifications
• Experience in granite, marble, or stone installation (team lead experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of installation, fabrication, and finishing processes
• Ability to read and work from blueprints, templates, and measurements
• Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide a team
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy materials
Pay
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
