This position is full time with some overtime & some Saturdays @ $30.00-$32.00 an hour to start, and must be able to start employment immediately. WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT A RESUME!

Qualifications:
· Oversee the daily activities of the shop to ensure efficiency.
· Manage staff assign tasks to ensure optimal workflow.
· Ensure that all products meet quality standards before reaching customers.
· Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high service levels.
· Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
· Ensure that materials are stored properly and are readily available for production.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication with owner and staff.
· Knowledge of marble and granite products and their applications.
· Ability to implement quality control measures effectively.
