Rotary Die Cutting Operator | Las Vegas, NV

Are you an experienced Rotary Die Cutting Operator looking to join a high-performance team in a fast-growing industrial manufacturing environment? A premier industrial packaging manufacturer is seeking skilled operators for a state-of-the-art facility specializing in custom pallets, crates, corrugated containers, wooden packaging, and protective foam fabrication.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in corrugated packaging, die cutting, converting equipment, or high-speed printing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotary die cutting machinery safely, efficiently, and at optimal run speeds
• Ensure product quality meets exact manufacturing, print, and die-cutting specifications
• Perform tooling checks, machine make-ready, setup verification, and quality inspections
• Accurately log production data in company systems
• Conduct and oversee routine preventive maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments
• Execute sampling plans and monitor product compliance
• Assist with machine feeding and off-bearing as needed
• Communicate workflow updates, operational needs, and issues to leadership
• Cross-train on related machinery and support First Helper as required
• Complete production, safety, and quality reporting
• Submit maintenance requests and support proactive equipment reliability
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and quality standards in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating Rotary Die Cutters, Flexo Folder Gluers, or similar printing/converting equipment
• Knowledge of corrugated manufacturing, die cutting, print registration, and box styles
• Ability to read work orders, safety instructions, and machine manuals
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in manufacturing environments with noise and temperature variations
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in packaging, corrugated converting, or high-speed printing
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment

Pay

$24.50 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
