Responsibilities

• Process employee applications and ensure new hire paperwork (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, Health Benefits, Client Onboarding Documents) is completed.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to run reports, identify candidates, update employee records, and complete onboarding.

• Utilize various recruiting tools such as job posting platforms, text messaging software, and more.

• Conduct required and applicable pre-employment qualifications (background checks, drug tests, reference checks, certifications, etc.).

• Engage with candidate leads actively to build a talent pipeline.

• Leverage your network and establish relationships to source top candidates.

• Create accurate and compliant job descriptions.

• Review submitted resumes, conduct pre-screening and second interviews, and assist candidates with resume creation as needed.

• Write submittal paragraphs highlighting candidate qualifications discovered during interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates; provide interview coaching when necessary.

• Extend job offers to candidates and negotiate employment terms when necessary.

• Support the payroll process, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution.

• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting (staffing agency or in-house) or customer service.

• Strong professional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to participate in conflict resolution and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook) and intermediate computer skills.

• Familiarity with ATS systems, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to assess candiate qualifications, think critically, and make informed hiring recommendations based on client requirements.

Pay

$19.00–$21.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
