Luxury Property Operations Inspector | Bear Lake, UT

Nexeo Staffing is seeking a Property Quality Inspector to join Bear Lake Luxury Rentals. This field-based role serves as the final quality checkpoint before guests arrive, ensuring every property meets company standards and delivers an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works independently, and takes pride in identifying and resolving issues before they impact guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed post-turnover inspections to verify homes meet company quality standards and are guest-ready.
• Walk each property thoroughly and identify cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or presentation concerns.
• Photograph and document damage, wear and tear, and maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Create clear, actionable reports that allow team members to address issues without requiring additional follow-up.
• Provide constructive, professional feedback to cleaning teams when standards are not met.
• Monitor inventory levels, including linens, toiletries, paper products, and kitchen supplies.
• Report replenishment needs and assist with restocking properties.
• Stage homes to ensure a welcoming and consistent guest experience.
• Support seasonal deep-cleaning projects and new property onboarding efforts.
• Assist with weekend coverage as part of a rotating schedule.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tow trailers as needed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently while managing a route of multiple properties.
• Strong communication skills and confidence providing direct, professional feedback.
• Ability to accurately document findings through written reports and photographs.
• Willingness to learn company inspection standards and procedures.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to tow a trailer.
• Reliable weekend availability as part of a rotating coverage schedule.
• Must reside in Bear Lake County, Idaho, or Rich County, Utah. 
• Preferred: 
• Housekeeping inspection, hospitality, hotel, resort, quality control, or related experience.

Pay

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Year-round position

• Weekend rotation required.
• Peak season schedules average approximately 50 hours per week.
• Off-season schedules average approximately 30-40 hours per week.
• Field-based role traveling between properties throughout the Bear Lake area.
