Production Worker - Warehouse | North Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo Staffing is hiring dependable Production Workers / Warehouse Workers for a well-established, rapidly growing logistics and shipping company in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking warehouse, production, package sorting, mail sorting, shipping, or general labor jobs in a fast-paced distribution environment. We are looking for reliable individuals who can commit to consistent attendance throughout the entire seasonal assignment.

Attendance and punctuality are critical for this position. Candidates must be committed to working their full scheduled shifts for the duration of the season.

Responsibilities

• Sort mail, parcels, and packages moving along a conveyor system.
• Position packages so barcodes are facing upward for accurate scanning and processing.
• Perform package "flipping" and sorting duties while maintaining production speed.
• Build large shipping boxes and containers as needed.
• Load, organize, and place packages into designated containers.
• Lift packages to approximately shoulder height when required.
• Maintain accuracy while working in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and production requirements.
• Complete other general warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive sorting, reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to safely lift and place packages at or near shoulder height as required.
• Comfortable working around conveyor systems and moving packages.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, package handling, mail sorting, production, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to commit to the full seasonal assignment and assigned schedule.

Pay

$16.00 Per Hour

Schedule

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Schedule includes one scheduled day off during the workweek plus Sunday. Saturdays may be mandatory based on production needs. Additional hours may be available on scheduled days off with approval.

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Monday – Friday

Schedules and overtime may vary based on business and production needs.
