General Warehouse Associate | North Las Vegas, NV
Nexeo Staffing is hiring General Warehouse Associates / Warehouse Workers in North Las Vegas, Nevada for a leading North American manufacturer of innovative kitchen and bath products, including faucets, shower systems, plumbing fixtures, and smart water technology. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, hardworking candidates looking for a full-time warehouse job in North Las Vegas. Responsibilities include order picking, RF scanner operation, shipping, packing, palletizing, labeling, and general warehouse duties. RF scanner training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Pick and process customer orders using an RF scanner.
- Scan packages into designated bin locations for temporary storage.
- Sort and separate large and small packages.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment.
- Print and apply shipping labels.
- Stack, palletize, and organize boxes and packages.
- Assist with shipping and order fulfillment.
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse work area.
- Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the entire shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to safely lift packages weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Good communication regarding absences, tardiness, or schedule concerns.
- Ability to understand workplace instructions and safety information in English.
- Must be able to work overtime, extended hours, and weekends as required.
- Must attend required orientation before starting.
- Must successfully complete required pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Reliable personal transportation is required because the worksite is not accessible by public bus service.
Pay $16.00 Per Hour
Schedule Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Monday – Friday
Overtime may include extended shifts, earlier start times, and Saturdays/weekends as needed during busy periods. Candidates must have schedule flexibility and be available for overtime and weekend work when required.
