Nexeo is hiring Production (Processing) Associates to support essential manufacturing operations in Corinne, UT. In this role, you will operate equipment, monitor quality, and perform hands-on production tasks that contribute to the safe and accurate manufacturing of propellant materials used in airbag systems. Responsibilities

•   Operate machines and equipment to support daily production.

•   Inspect and measure parts using hand gauges or visual checks to meet quality standards.

•   Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production floor following lean manufacturing practices.

•   Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks.

•   Suggest improvements for safety, quality, performance, and cost reduction.

•   Lift, handle, and move materials up to 50 lbs.

•   Work independently while ensuring consistent, reliable performance.

•  Adhere to company and site-specific safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

•   High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

•   Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (Levels 2–4 require 1 years).

•   Strong attention to detail with commitment to safety protocols.

•   Must speak and understand English for training and safety purposes.

•   Reliable attendance and ability to work long shifts.

•   Basic math and computer skills.

Specific Requirements

•  Must pass a 10-panel drug screen.

•   Must pass a 7-year background check.

•   Must complete PFT screening at testing facility.

•   Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs overhead.

•   Steel-toe shoes required (temporary available if needed).

•   Must be clean-shaven for mask fit test.

•   Bring a lunch for 12-hour shifts.

•   Reliable transportation required.

•   Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (per ATF regulations).

•  No jewelry allowed on the production floor (piercings must be removable or twistable if applicable).

Pay

$20.90–$26.42 per hour

Schedule

•   A Shift (Weekday Day): 5:30am–5:30pm, Mon–Wed & every other Thurs

•  D Shift (Weekend Grave): 5:30pm–5:30am, Thurs–Sat & every other Wed
