Outbound Customer Service Representative | Orem, UT

Nexeo Staffing is hiring Outbound Customer Service Representatives for a growing company in Orem, UT. If you enjoy helping people, talking with customers, and making a positive impact, this opportunity is for you! In this role, you'll reconnect with existing customers, answer questions, provide information, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a Monday–Friday position with competitive pay and the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to reconnect with existing customers.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service over the phone.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with applications and account-related inquiries.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, call center, or related experience preferred. 
  • Preferred: Previous outbound calling experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with strong attendance and professionalism.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Pay
 $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule
 Full Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Temporary with potential for temp-to-hire.
