Nexeo HR is hiring a dependable Laborer to join a respected restoration company in St. George, UT. This full-time opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work and take pride in doing the job right. As a Laborer, you’ll assist with restoration and cleanup projects, support technicians on job sites, and help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

• Assist with restoration and cleanup projects, including demolition, debris removal, and material handling

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Support technicians and project managers with job site setup and cleanup

• Follow detailed instructions and maintain clear communication with team members

• Ensure tools, vehicles, and work areas are organized and maintained in good condition

• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours or emergency projects

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or general labor preferred

• Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy materials throughout the day

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

• Excellent listening skills and ability to follow directions precisely

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, water/fire restoration, etc.)

• Must be available for on-call rotation as assigned

Pay

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating On-Call Schedule
