We’re seeking an Operations Assistant to join our internal team in Lehi, Utah. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants hands-on experience in operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting internal programs, onboarding new hires, managing digital assets, and streamlining processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

•   Assist in the development, rollout, and improvement of internal programs, processes, and performance initiatives.

•   Support the onboarding of internal hires, coordinating with IT for email, software, and system setup.

•   Assist with weekly and monthly operational reporting.

•   Oversee job postings on platforms such as Indeed, ensuring campaign effectiveness and budget compliance.

•   Manage accurate data entry and updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

•   Maintain internal trackers, campaign calendars, and SOP documentation.

•   Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Finance, IT, and Sales to ensure alignment on projects.

•   Manage administrative tasks such as supply orders and inventory tracking.

•   Provide project coordination, documentation, and administrative support Operations teams.

Qualifications

•   1 year of experience in operations, administrative, or business support (staffing industry experience preferred).

•   Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and time management.

•   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data reporting.

•   Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•   Experience with marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Canva, Constant Contact, HubSpot, social schedulers) is a plus.

•   Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay

$18.00–$22.00 per hour

Schedule

Day shift | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Fully onsite
