CNC Machinist | West Jordan, UT

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes efficiently and make precise offset adjustments as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production and quality standards.
- Set up and configure machinery for production runs.
- Perform measurements and calculations to verify setup accuracy before production.
- Measure and record dimensions using Vernier calipers, outside micrometers, and inside micrometers.
- Program and enter CNC codes to establish feed rates, cutting speeds, and toolpaths.
- Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- 2 years of CNC lathe experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and perform precise measurements and calculations.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with strong time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: Experience with manual lathes, CNC mills, or multi-axis machining equipment.
Pay
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
