CNC Machine Operator | Hurricane, UT
Nexeo Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a growing steel fabrication company in Hurricane, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone with machine operating, CNC, metal fabrication, or industrial production experience who is looking for steady, full-time work and an opportunity to continue developing their skills.

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC fabrication equipment used to process structural steel.
- Load, position, and unload materials safely.
- Read work orders, measurements, and production specifications.
- Monitor equipment during operation and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished materials for accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic machine setup and routine equipment checks.
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions.
- Follow all safety procedures while working around machinery and steel materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous CNC, machine operating, metal fabrication, or industrial production experience preferred.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning equipment.
- Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to quality and accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
Pay
$20.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Monday – Friday | Day Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Lunch: 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM)
Full Time | Monday – Friday | Swing Shift | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Lunch: 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM)
- Swing Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour
- Saturdays may be required during busy periods.
- Current Saturday Schedule:
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Swing Shift: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
