Clean & Prep Worker | Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo HR is hiring a Clean & Prep Worker to support a well-established manufacturing leader on the North Side of Town in Las Vegas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work and want to grow their career in a stable, long-term manufacturing environment. As part of the Clean & Prep Department, you’ll play a vital role in preparing steel beams for fabrication and painting while supporting overall production operations.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wipe down, and clean steel beams to prepare them for painting or fabrication
• Use rags, towels, and industrial cleaners to remove dirt, oil, and residue from materials
• Work in a dirty/oily environment while wearing provided protective gear (smocks and long rubber gloves supplied by the company)
• Support the production team by ensuring materials are clean, safe, and ready for use
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area in alignment with company standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
• Stable work history — reliability and dependability are required
• Ability to work in a hands-on, physically demanding environment
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety

Pay

 $18.00 per hour

Schedule

 Full Time | Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
