Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located at our office in Everett, WA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, participating in negotiations, and representing clients in a variety of matters, with a focus on trusts and estate law. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s longstanding tradition of mentorship. Eventually but not on day one, solo court appearances will be required.
Qualifications
- A quick study and energy to commit to long term projects.
- Proven experience in legal writing.
- Exceptional skills in Legal Research and the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a team
- Juris Doctor degree and active membership in the Washington State Bar Association
