- Handle a general civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation, pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial
- Represent individuals, families, businesses, and municipal clients across a range of civil matters
- Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other court filings
- Conduct depositions, written discovery, and case investigation
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel throughout the lifecycle of a case
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and firm leadership on case strategy and development
- Appear in state court proceedings as needed
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
- 2 years experience in civil litigation
- Experience or strong background in general civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and appearing in court
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with professionalism and care
