You will work closely with hiring managers to develop creative strategies to find the best talents, also work collaboratively with recruiters from other offices. You will be responsible of managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation for all levels candidates.Responsibilities:Manage full cycle recruitment for engineers, product managers and designers, and other business functions, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each roleDevelop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matchesRun searches and engage with passive candidates via LinkedIn, AngelList, Google Search Engine, GitHub, and other platformsWork closely with third-party agencies to screen candidates, conduct first-round phone interviews.Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer lettersRegularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholdersRequirements:Minimum RequirementBachelor degree in Human Resource or other related fieldsAt least 1-3 years full-cycle technical recruiting experience in IT/Media industryExperience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidatesKnowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools, Workable, Excel, etc.Proven track record of recruiting talents from top tier tech companiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working with cross-regional teamsSelf-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, have strong sense of ownershipPreferred QualificationsExperience with both in-house and third-party recruiting agencyExperience recruiting for fast-growing startup companiesExperience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse environmentBenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits package:Health, dental, and vision care for you and your familyTop-tier 401(K) plan with company matchingPaid time off and paid holidaysPaid parental leaveFSA and commuter benefits programsTeam activity budgetCome join us in continuing to make NewsBreak a great place to work!CPRA Privacy Notice for California Candidates
