About The Role
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering & research).
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
- Source and engage top talent across North America.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:

3 years of experience in technical recruiting (in-house or agency), preferably hiring for engineering and research roles.

Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., Python, ML frameworks, distributed systems) and ability to speak credibly with technical candidates.

Leverage innovative sourcing methods across both conventional and unconventional channels, including but not limited to: 1)GitHub, Stack Overflow, Google Scholar 2)ArXiv, ResearchGate 3) LinkedIn 4) Twitter, Facebook 5) Quora.

Build targeted outreach strategies and write high-conversion messages tailored to passive technical talent.

Proven success hiring for North America-based roles in competitive markets.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
