Qualifications:
- 1 years of general corporate transactional experience (junior through senior levels welcome to apply)
- Mergers and acquisitions experience, ranging from foundational deal exposure to significant transaction leadership depending on seniority
- Strong academic credentials and law firm training in general corporate/transactional work
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Eagerness to grow within a hands-on, deal-focused practice with increasing responsibility over time
- Admitted to practice law in Connecticut
