Job Description
Member needs hands-on support with daily activities due to limited use of one hand and hearing difficulty. Caregiver should be patient, attentive, and able to communicate clearly (speaking slowly, facing the member, confirming understanding). This role is best for someone comfortable providing steady assistance with personal care, safe mobility support, and household tasks. Strong observation skills are important to notice changes in breathing, comfort, or overall condition and report concerns to the agency/family as required.

Personal Care Assistance:
• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Dressing assistance (including help with fasteners/buttons due to one-hand limitation)
• Toileting/incontinence care as needed
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance as needed
