Our team is collaborative, energetic, and focused on making sure agents feel supported and confident in their marketing.
About the Role: Account Executive (Austin, TX – Hybrid)

As an Account Executive, you’ll work directly with real estate agents, teams, and brokerages to share the value of Homes & Land’s marketing solutions. You’ll develop new opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and serve as their go-to resource for building their brand and driving exposure.
You’ll spend your time meeting with clients, crafting tailored marketing plans, and working with our internal teams to deliver great results.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with agents, teams, and brokers nation wide
- Prospect for new business and manage a portfolio of active accounts
- Present Homes & Land’s print digital direct mail solutions in a clear, compelling way
- Hit sales goals (and ideally exceed them) with consistency
- Keep up with what’s happening in real estate and local market trends
- Work with production, marketing, and support teams to ensure clients get exceptional service
- Represent our brand with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and/or print advertising (or excited to learn)
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Data-curious — you like using numbers to guide your decisions and talk strategy
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to help clients succeed
- Experience in sales or real estate is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree is helpful but not necessary — talent and drive matter most
