Job Duties: Operations Management
- Manages the daily operations of the multi-specialty clinic, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and patient flow
- Manage clinical resources efficiently to support both routine and urgent care services
- Makes recommendations for clinic staffing levels based on provider volumes and patient need
- Works with leadership to identify opportunities and problems and initiates plans for decision-making and problem solving in the organization, and specifically with regards to the practices in a positive manner
Job Duties: Staff Leadership and Development
- Staff management, hiring, onboarding, and supervision. Ensure that staff are motivated and meet performance standards
- Assures employee evaluations are completed in a timely manner, and appropriate goals are set for all staff supervised
- Promote a collaborative and respectful work environment grounded in team-based care
- Policy and procedure development
Job Duties: Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenue, expenses, and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with billing teams to ensure accurate coding, charge capture, and timely reimbursements
Job Duties: Patient Experience & Quality Assurance
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction through service excellence initiatives
- Implement quality improvement projects, ensuring adherence to evidence-based standards and accreditation requirements
- Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
Job Duties: Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure the clinic complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, RHC and other healthcare standards
- Maintain readiness for inspections, audits, and surveys
Job Duties: Strategic Planning & Provider Relations
- Partner with medical staff and leadership to implement clinic growth strategies
- Support new service line development, provider onboarding, and referral network building
- Facilitate effective communication between providers and staff to align clinical and operational goals
Skills & Abilities
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required in Healthcare or Business Administration, or the equivalent in education and closely related work experience
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience; knowledge of healthcare operations, medical billing, compliance, and EHR systems
