This is a full-time day position Monday-Friday 40 hours weekly 8:00am-5:00pm
Summary:
The IS Support Specialist will work with other IS staff in the maintenance and support of the electronic health record (EHR). The primary area of focus is request and incident triage, level 1 troubleshooting, as well as completing routine requests related to EHR access and configuration. This position may occasionally be required to travel by car to other sites.
Job Duties:
- Serve as the first contact for users seeking technical assistance delivering quality customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Record, track and document the Service Desk request problem-solving process through to final resolution
- Maintains and develop computer management solutions using NRH tools
- Performs installation, modification, testing, and servicing on all IS equipment and peripherals
- Develop documentation, help sheets and frequently asked questions list for colleagues and end users
