This is a FT M-F Exempt position. Takes call as needed
Essential Functions:
- Oversees and instructs employees in the preparation, production and service of food for patients, cafe, and catering within regulatory standards
- Assists with food production whenever necessary
- Responsible for initial training and ongoing development of the culinary staff
- Maintain official standardized recipe file for all prepared items
- Maintain high levels of food quality by monitoring food production and presentation
- Purchases food, small equipment and supplies
