We’re looking for a detail‑obsessed Senior Accountant to take ownership of facility financials—delivering accurate monthly statements and insights that help our communities thrive.
What you’ll do:

Prepare accurate, timely monthly financial statements for assigned facilities

Own the full close cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

Analyze financial trends, propose adjustments, and resolve discrepancies

Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure invoice, payment, and accrual accuracy

Support audit, review, and tax engagements with clear documentation
What you bring:

Must have: Bachelor’s degree in accounting
-
Must have: 2–3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant (or 4–6 years as a G/L Accountant)

Must have: Managed care accounting experience

Must have: Advanced Excel skills and comfort in a Windows environment (Word, Outlook)

Must have: Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to manage your own workload independently

Nice to have: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment

Nice to have: Great Plains ERP knowledge
