SUMMARY: This position is responsible for coordinating the internal service process for assigned commercial property and casualty clients on our Life Sciences & Digital Health Practice.

This position is an hourly, non-exempt, and full-time position. This is a US-based hybrid role with the option to work from Newfront's 11 US office locations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Assist in account management and brokerage services for property & casualty insurance clients in the Life Science, Digital Health and Telemedicine verticals; including, but not limited to, Products Liability, Commercial Property & Auto, Workers Compensation and Cargo Stock Throughput insurance placements.
Manage successful outsourcing of workflows including, but not limited to, certificates of insurance, auto identification cards, summaries of insurance, policy checking, exposure collection and annual policy audits.
Perform database file management and input information accurately; manage and maintain documents in the agency management system.
Manage client account billing, including the invoicing of annual renewals and mid-term policy changes.
Manage documentation and correspondence from various carrier websites and other resources.
Prepare, review and assist in the preparation of client communications and deliverables, such as renewal strategy and proposal documents and client stewardship reports.
Monitor and manage the process of client information, new business, renewals, endorsement, reinstatements and cancellations.
Prepare, monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and perform reconciliations.
Execute consistent and accurate data, information entry and maintenance in various systems including Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, etc.
Execute consistent and accurate database and document management processes and workflows.
Coordinate and own the renewal process workflow for successful, timely execution.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to craft compelling presentations and deliver exemplary customer service—listening attentively, responding professionally, and articulating clearly across all channels.
Professional presentation with the ability to interact with C-Suite clientele in a highly complex industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology systems, with the ability to quickly learn, adopt, and train others in new software applications.
Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and the ability to identify and address challenges proactively in both independent and fast-paced team environments.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and capacity to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
Foundational project management skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks, manage information, and support team and client needs efficiently.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 1+ years of brokerage or carrier experience is preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 2+ total years of work experience in a comparable and/or relevant work environment is preferred, but not required.
Commercial insurance experience or a degree in Insurance & Risk Management is preferred.
Required Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License (required to have or be obtained within 3 months of hire).
Salary : $55,000 - $86,000
