Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building interior systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools to carry out carpentry, painting, welding, and plumbing repairs with precision and safety.
- Maintain facilities equipment by performing preventive maintenance and responding promptly to repair requests.
- Supervise or assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of systems to ensure optimal climate control.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal team needs efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
- Proficiency in electrical work, including electrical equipmen
- Skilled in plumbing system maintenance and repair, including troubleshooting plumbing issues.
- Experience with building maintenance
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized diagnostic instruments like ohmmeters.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, electrical equipment repair, and electrical safety standards.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills to coordinate maintenance activities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
