Presidential Oaks, a 4 star Continuum Care Health Center, located in Concord, NH is now accepting applicants for a FT Maintenance Team Member. This individual should have 2 years of experience in general facilities maintenance and repairs.
Duties include:
Sound knowledge and good understanding of building facilities with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Experience with carpentry, painting, drywall and small equipment repairs. This position will also have some light landscaping and outdoor grounds responsibilities.
We are searching for a candidate that has good communication skills and able to work with other team members to accomplish center maintenance goals. This is a FT position 8am-4pm with a rotation of on call duties. A valid NH license is needed.
Introductory wage rate starts at $21.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience.
FT benefits include : 3 weeks vacation, Health/Dental, STD/LTD. and 401 k with match. Great working environment.
