The associate broker will focus on sourcing and executing brokerage assignments, including leasing and sales of office, industrial, and retail properties. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting market research and property tours, preparing marketing materials, and managing transaction workflows from initial engagement through closing. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with senior brokers and internal investment and development teams, and tracking market trends and property performance. The associate broker is expected to contribute to business development initiatives, attend networking events, and represent Newcor professionally in the local market.

Qualifications
- Active Texas real estate license and several years of experience in commercial brokerage, preferably in office, industrial, or retail sectors.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market analysis, valuation concepts, lease and purchase contract structures, and basic financial modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and common industry tools and listing platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet) or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of proposals, offering memoranda, and client presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and coordinate complex transactions.
- Collaborative mindset, professional demeanor, and ability to work effectively with internal brokerage, investment, and development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
