Role Description

Dash Commercial Real Estate Advisors is hiring experienced Commercial Real Estate Brokers to join our growing Charlotte team. In this role, you will represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties across multiple asset classes. You will source new business, underwrite opportunities, advise clients on investment strategy, and manage transactions from prospecting through close.

This is a high-autonomy, high-upside opportunity for a producer who already knows how to close and is looking for a platform that supports their book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and pursue new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals

• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and investment strategy

• Underwrite transactions and prepare financial models, BOVs, and offering memoranda

• Negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, and lease terms on behalf of clients

• Maintain deep knowledge of local submarkets, comps, and current market trends

• Build and manage long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

• 5 years CRE experience with closed transaction history

• Strong underwriting skills: Excel, Argus, financial modeling

• Established broker, lender, and investor network

• Active real estate license in good standing

• Verifiable deal-lead track record with references available
