Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst. You will work across the full deal lifecycle, from acquisitions through asset management, with real ownership of your work from day one. Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and perform property and market analysis to support investment decisions
- Support underwriting processes and assist with due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Help manage the existing portfolio, including tracking lease performance and critical dates, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with property managers and vendors
- Evaluate value-add and hold/sell strategies across owned assets
- Prepare reports and presentations that support acquisitions and portfolio management
- Collaborate closely with the team to drive successful property acquisitions and ongoing asset performance
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for assessing financial data and market trends
- Proficiency in financial modeling and underwriting techniques
- Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities
- Background in finance or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Relevant work experience in commercial real estate or investment analysis preferred
