$7,500 Sign-on Bonus paid over agreed upon period. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience.
Neway Stamping & Manufacturing, Inc., an industry leader and global supplier of short to medium-run metal stampings with approximately 65 employees located in Willoughby, is seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker.
The ideal candidate will have extensive die repair and troubleshooting experience. Tonnage range from 45T up to 200T.
Neway’s tool & die shop offers modern equipment and air-conditioning. No Saturday work, all overtime scheduled during the week. Neway is a growing company dedicated to investing in people and equipment to meet evolving customer needs.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assemble and repair progressive and short run line stamping tooling.
- In-Press troubleshooting in support of production.
- Blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Inspection of tooling and parts for validation.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
- Safely Lifting, Bending, Reaching, Pushing, Pulling
- Ability to work under time constraints.
Key Attributes
- Previous experience in assembling, repairing, and troubleshooting stamping dies.
- Extensive prior experience with progressive tooling.
- Proactive and self-disciplined
- Short to long run press operation experience
- Fabrication, prototype, and development experience
- High School education or GED
