Home Care Physical Therapist – Brooklyn, NY
New York Therapy and Wellness is expanding its footprint across Brooklyn! Founded by a husband-and-wife clinical team, we are looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to escape the burnout of high-volume clinics and the isolation of traditional home care.

Responsibilities:
- Treat geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes within Brooklyn County.
- Create and execute personalized care plans that debunk the myth that home care is "low skill."
- Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicate openly with the leadership team—we want to hear your ideas and feedback.
Qualifications:
- License: Valid NY State Physical Therapy License (Required).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Experience: New Grads Welcome! We invest in training the right people.
- Transport: Ability to travel to patient homes in Brooklyn County.
