- Treat geriatric patients in their homes within New Jersey.

- Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- License: Valid NJ State Occupational Therapy License (required).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience: New grads welcome! We invest in training the right people.
- Transport: Reliable ability to travel to patient homes in New Jersey.
