Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy treatments to geriatric patients in their homes.
- Create and execute personalized care plans tailored to patient goals.
- Submit clean, timely clinical documentation via our electronic software.
- Maintain open dialogue with the leadership team—your ideas and feedback actively shape our practice.
Qualifications:
- License: Valid NY State Occupational Therapy License (required).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience: New grads welcome! We invest in training the right people.
- Transport: Reliable ability to travel to patient homes in Dutchess County.
