We are seeking a talented Workday Security Analyst / Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, configuring, and supporting Workday Security solutions across various business functions while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and supports Workday security solutions that enable secure, reliable, and efficient business operations.
This role partners with technical and business stakeholders to maintain security configuration, address issues, and support enhancements across assigned Workday environments.
Essential Job Functions:
Designs, configures, implements, and supports Workday security solutions across assigned environments and business functions.
Monitors system health, performance, and availability, and resolves issues affecting operations or user experience
Supports Workday related security audits and internal access control certification processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Analyzes problems, identifies root causes, and recommends practical, scalable solutions.
Applies recommended information security standards in solution design, configuration, and code development and seek validation to ensure alignment with corporate Risk and Information Technology Security policies.
Identifies and implements process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, or lower cost.
Evaluates Workday releases, new features, and leading practices and recommends adoption opportunities.
Explains security dependencies, impacts, and constraints to technical and business stakeholders.
Supports Workday integrations, reporting, and data movement tools used within the platform.
Participates in knowledge sharing, training, and ongoing professional development.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two or more years of applied Workday experience supporting and configuring end-to-end security across functions such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Finance, or Procurement.
Strong knowledge of the Workday security model, including security groups, business process security, report security, and integration security.
Experience supporting Workday integrations, reporting, and data movement tools; familiarity with EIBs and related integration concepts preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support system releases, impact analysis, testing, and release activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to create and maintain clear system documentation for technical and business audiences.
Familiarity with REST or SOAP APIs, integration frameworks, and single sign-on technologies.
Workday Pro Certification preferred; Workday Prism Analytics experience also preferred.
