Job Description

:We are looking for an experienced UX researcher, preferably with experience in Wealth Mgmt/Capital markets, responsible for helping define and drive the future of our product. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities alsinclude inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless

Job Responsibilitie

• s:Conducting User Research: use various research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies, tgather data about user behavior and preference
• s.Evaluating and Reviewing Existing Products: Analyzing the user experience of existing product and services, tidentify areas for improvemen
• t.Analyzing Data: Interpreting data collected from user research, identifying trends, and extracting meaningful insight
• s.Communicating Insights: Clearly and concisely presenting research findings tdesigners, and other stakeholders, ensuring that insights are understood and actionabl
• e.Collaborating with Cross-Functional Team
• s:Working closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and other team members tensure that research findings inform design and development decision
