We are currently partnered with a digital agency based in Portland, Oregon that is looking for an Office Manager for a 5-month contract. This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave. Candidates must work on-site 5 days per week in the Portland office.


Job Description:

Office Operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day office operations and facilities management
  • Manage vendor relationships including building management, cleaning, maintenance, IT support, and office supplies
  • Ensure the office is consistently organized, fully stocked, and running efficiently
  • Oversee mail, deliveries, and courier coordination


Executive & Team Support

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership including scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination
  • Organize and prepare for internal meetings, off-sites, and team events
  • Manage conference room bookings and visitor coordination
  • Handle expense reporting and invoice processing


What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 3 years of office management experience in a creative agency, tech company, or similar fast-paced professional environment — this is non-negotiable
  • Proven ability to manage a busy, dynamic office independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're warm, professional, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and pivoting quickly as priorities shift
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to commit to a fully onsite schedule, Monday through Friday

Salary : $30 - $40
